Through interviews with clients, community members, industry partners, and staff, this documentary showcases the impact of programs and services delivered through the Indigenous Skills and Employment Training (ISET) Program in the 19 First Nations communities served by the Shuswap Nation Tribal Council (SNTC) and Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council (NNTC).

The film highlights personal and community successes during a period marked by the COVID-19 pandemic, flooding, wildfires, and other ongoing challenges. It also celebrates the enduring partnerships, cultural strengths, and community leadership that continue to create opportunities and support Indigenous workforce development. From its beginnings in 1996 to today, ATEC's commitment to empowering Indigenous people and communities remains steadfast—helping individuals build skills, find meaningful employment, and create brighter futures for generations to come.
